Shriram Properties has earmarked a ₹200–250 crore GDV for this upcoming premium housing project, signaling its intent to diversify further into luxury low-rise developments. The acquisition underlines the developer’s capital discipline and confidence in Bengaluru’s long-term real estate growth.
North Bengaluru, particularly Yelahanka, has emerged as a key growth corridor due to its strategic connectivity, IT presence, and expansion of civic infrastructure. This makes the location ideal for row houses and villas, which are increasingly sought after by upper-middle-class homebuyers and investors.
According to company leadership, this project aligns with Shriram’s broader strategy of capturing high-potential micro-markets. It is expected to serve as a brand-defining development in North Bengaluru.
Analysts see this acquisition as part of a wider consolidation trend, with top developers securing prime plots to launch differentiated products, especially in villa and plotted housing categories.

Yelahanka is a community centre of Bangalore in the state of Karnataka and one of the regions of BBMP.
