Lodha Developers Acquires Five Land Parcels Across Mumbai, Delhi, and Bengaluru in Q3
Lodha Developers’ acquisition of five land parcels in Q3 FY26 marks a significant step in consolidating its position as one of India’s leading real estate developers. The land parcels, spread across Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, and Bengaluru, have been secured in markets that continue to witness strong end-user demand and long-term price appreciation. According to the company, these acquisitions will collectively generate an estimated GDV of nearly ₹34,000 crore, highlighting the scale and ambition of the expansion.
In the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, Lodha has focused on locations with proven residential absorption and robust infrastructure, ensuring faster project execution and sales velocity. The entry into Delhi-NCR, particularly in key micro-markets, is strategically important as it allows Lodha to tap into a large, under-supplied premium housing segment. Meanwhile, Bengaluru remains a critical southern market, driven by steady IT-led housing demand and favorable demographics.
This multi-city land acquisition strategy aligns with Lodha’s long-term vision of maintaining a strong launch pipeline while optimizing capital deployment through joint developments and partnerships where feasible. The move also signals confidence in India’s urban housing demand outlook, despite global economic uncertainties.
