VILLIVAKKAM

Villivakkam is a residential locality located in Chennai which famous for temples. It is situated between industrial estates like the ones of Ambattur, Padi, ICF, Perambur Loco Works etc. It is also one of the most populated mostly because it is inhabited by the workers who are working in these units. The Villivakkam railway station serves this neighbourhood and it is a part of the Chennai Suburban Railway. It has a lake which spread over an area of thirty six acres. There is regular bus connectivity from the bus terminus located at the Konnur High Road. The two arterial roads of this neighbourhood are the Jawaharlal Nehru Road and the Konnur High Road.
